7. יש לה זכות להאריך את האבחון וטיפול פסיכיאטרי עוד לחצי שנה בזמן, שנעלמו לילד אפילו בעיות פסיכולוגיות. (ב- 6.03.06 וב- 14.05.06 היו אצל ילד שום בעיות ומצב רוח שלו היה פשוט מצוין, משום שארפדים אנרגטיים, אשר היא מסיתה לפשע פחדו. ולפי חשבון שלה ילד כבר היה בשל לטיפול פסיכיאטרי. היא לא יכלה להניח שאני אבין את הטקטיקה שלה הפושעת ואמצא סם נגדי נגדה: התחלתי כל המכתבי עלבון, שכתבתי לה, לשופט, לפסיכיאטרים וכו' לשים לארפדים אנרגטיים לתיבת דואר שלהם (לאשתי וחבריה). כלומר, הייתי נאלץ להעליב אותם (פקידת סעד, "שופט", פסיכיאטרים ועו"ס) כדי להציל את הילד.

10. יש לה זכות לשקר בכל מילה בבית משפט ולהישאר בלא עונש. ו"שופט" סותם פה למשיב ומקבל החלטה המוכנה מראש, אשר מכתיבה לו פקידת סעד.
אם לקחת את כל הזכויות של פקידות סעד ביחד, אז מסתמנת תמונה כל כך מחרידה שאורוול בספר שלו "84" עוד לא מסיג עד החרדה הזאת הישראלית.
בבריה"מ השמידו בעזרת פסיכיאטריה את האנשים בגירים ומבוגרים עבור דעות שלהם לא מתאימות לדעות של השלטון. ואם איש היה מבין מה מאיים לו ולא רצה שישמידו אותו, הוא סירב מדעותיו ואמר שהוא מסכים עם הדעות של השלטון, עזבו אותו בשקט. ופה בישראל משמידים את הילדים ועם זה אין להם סיכויים להינצל (להיוושע). הם יודעים, שלגדולים צריך להאמין, וחושבים שדודים ודודות טובי לב מרפאים אותם באותו זמן, שמשמידים אותם. ואם אלה לא סמכויות שלה, אלא פשעים שלה, אז למה עד היום אף אחת מהן יושבת בכלא?!
ישראל היא מדינה דמוקרטית? זאת אומרת , שפועל בה העיקרון: שיוויון זכויות. מה זה שיוויון זכויות? זה, כשאת כל האזרחים שווים מול חוק בלי תלות ממצב כספי שלו או סטטות סוציאלית שלו. אני עשיתי פשע נוראי: הלכתי להסתכל מה מצב רוח של ילדי (לראות אותו לא הספקתי) ומיד עצרו אותי והלכתי לכלא. זה, שפקידת סעד שיטרית משקרת בכל מילה, מכריחה את הפסיכיאטרים לכתוב מסקנות רפואיות מזויפות ולזרוק לפח מסקנות רפואיות התחלתיות, להורות לפסיכיאטרים ו"אפילו לרופא ראשי": מתי אפשר לקרוא את הילד לבדיקה ומתי זמן עוד לא בא (כלומר ילד עוד לא בשל לטיפול פסיכיאטרי, עצמה כותבת מכתבים מזויפים, יכולה לתת הוראות לאחיות בלי לשאול את הרופאים ונותנת הוראות ל"שופט" (אסור לאבא לראות את הילד). הכל זה עבירות כל כך חסרי ערך שבוודאי שבצדק, שהיא עד היום מטיילת חופשי (כלומר לא בכלא) בהתאם מלא לעיקרון שיוויון זכויות.
זה, ש"שופט" שרצקי סותם פה למשיב לגמרי ומקבל ההחלטה המוכנה מראש אשר הכינה לו פקידת סעד שטרית, למרות , שמסרתי לו את כל החומרים כמה פעמים, שמהם נובע ישר, שמתרחש פשע נוראי: גם פלילי וגם אפשר להגדיר את הפשע הזה כפשע נגד אנושות. כלומר, הוא הופך לשותף לפשע הזה. הכל זה, בוודאי עבירות כל כך חסרות ערך, שבוודאי שבצדק שהוא עד היום מטייל חופשי בהתאם מלא לעיקרון שיוויון זכויות.
פסיכיאטרים מרפאים את הילדים לפי הוראות של ביורוקרטית, לפי דרישה ראשונה של הביורוקרטית הזאת . כותבים מסקנות רפואיות מזויפות וזורקים לפח אמיתיות, מתיחסים רגוע, שאחיות מקבלות הוראות מהביורוקרטית הזאת - הכל זה עבירות כל כך חסרות ערך, שבצדק לגמרי שהם מטיילים חופשי (לא בכלא) בהתאם מלא לעיקרון שיוויון זכויות.
קציני משטרה: אליאב, גולדשטיין, קץ - עמרני - מבינים מצוין, שמתרחש פשע נגד אנושות וגם פשע פלילי (נתתי להם בידיים את כל ההוכחות לזה) ומסתירים את הפשע הזה. עבירה הזאת כל כך חסרת ערך, שבצדק לגמרי שהם מטיילים חופשי.

מנובמבר 2005 את כל המשכורת שלי הולכת על המאבק עבור חיים של ילדי. בעצם את כל מדינת ישראל מסיתה את הפושעים לפשע. יש אף מבנה מדיני, אשר תמך בי במאבק הזה. רושם הזה, שכל המדינה בכל העוצמה שלה עושה כל המאמצים, כדי להשמיד את הילד אחד קטן. אני טוען, שמה שמתרחש בישראל הרבה יותר נורא, מאשר תאי גזים (תאי גזים - היא מוות די קלה), מפני שהשמדה כל כך מתוחכמת ואכזרית מתרחשת באמתלת עזרה לילדים. וגם מפני שמדינה משמידה מתוכנן את הילדים שלה עצמה (נאצים השמידו את העם הזר בשבילם ויחד עם כן שטפו להם מוח, שיהודים הם לא בני אדם). אני מניח, שיכולה להופיע איזו שהיא אי-הבנה בעקבות שבמכתבי ל"ד"ר" הגש מ- 19.02.06 אני מבקש אותה לקרוא את הילד לבדיקה ("ד"ר" מוסטובוי אמרה לי בשיחה טלפונית, שעל זה אני צריך לבקש את פקידת סעד: להביא את הילד למיון, שיחה התרחשה באמצע פברואר 2006) ובמכתבי מ- 12.03.06 למשטרה אני מבקש לפתוח תיק פלילי נגד פסיכיאטרים הגש ומוסטובוי, פקידת סעד שטרית, ועובדות סוציאליות המר וגרופי. דבר בכך, שכל תקופת הסקנדל, אשר התחלתי בהתחלת דצמבר 2005 אפשר לחלק לשני חלקים: לפני 6.03.06 ואחרי. ביום הזה פקידת סעד שטרית הזמינה דיון בבית משפט רחובות (והודיעה לי עליו באותו יום בבוקר) ולפני הדיון היא מסרה לי את כל השקרים שלה עלי והיה שם מצורף מכתב מפסיכיאטרים הגש ומוסטובוי - אליה, אשר ב- 100% מזויף ואין לי ספק, שהיא הכתיבה אותו להן. אחרי היום הזה את השקפתי על הפסיכיאטריה הישראלית הפכה לגמרי וגם על מדינת ישראל עצמה. אם לפני יום הזה עוד נשארו לי איזו שהן אשליות, אז אחרי יום הזה השתכנעתי לגמרי, שכל הפסיכיאטריה הישראלית פושעת. עכשיו אני חושב, שפשוט היה זה מזל שלי ושל ילדי, שלא קראו אותו לבדיקה למרות בקשתי. אם אז ידעתי על פסיכיאטריה ישראלית את מה שאני יודע היום (אחרי 6.03.06), בוודאי, שלא הייתי מבקש אותם על בדיקה לילדי. מזלי, שפקידת סעד שטרית כנראה חשבה, שהוא עוד לא מספיק בשל לטיפול פסיכיאטרי וכשהיא החליטה שהוא כבר בשל לגמרי (היא היתה בטוחה שעקב הסתה שלה מצב נפשי של הילד רק יחמיר) מצב נפשי שלו היה פשוט מצוין. למזלנו היא טעתה בחשבוניה.
כשאחרי כמה ימים אחרי בדיקת הילד של "ד"ר" מוסטבוי ב- 7.02.06 שוחחתי איתה בפרוזדור, שאלתי: "אני חושב שאין לו בעיות פסיכיאטריות, מה את חושבת?" היא ענתה עם חיוך על הפנים: "עדיין אין". את כל האימה של שתי המלים הפשוטות האלה אני מתחיל להבין רק עכשיו: כלומר, היא בטוחה ב- 100% שבעיות פסיכיאטריות יהיו.
שאלה עיקרית: "ד"ר" מוסטובוי, אשר אומרת בלי להתבייש: "היא יכולה לתת הוראות אפילו לרופא ראשי" וכותבת מסקנות רפואיות מזויפות, ד"ר הגש, אשר גם כותבת מסקנות רפואיות מזויפות ומכתבים מזויפים, פסיכיאטר אשר אמר לי בלי להתבייש ש"לאחיות בישראל יש זכות לא לשמוע את הרופאים" - הם כולם נורמליים, או שדרוש להם אבחון פסיכיאטרי? והם ממשיכים "לעבוד" בתנאים האלה ולהשמיד ילדים. לפי דעתי מעדיף בשבילם מאסר עולם באשמת פשע נגד אנושות!
אני מבקש אותך לתמוך אותי בתביעתי נגד:
1. פקידת סעד שטרית כמנצחת של כל התזמורת המוות.
2. פסיכיאטרים הגש ומוסטובוי.
3. עובדות סוציאליות: גרופי והמר, קנמן .
4. קציני משטרה: אליאב, גולדשטיין, וקץ-עמרני.
5. שופטים: דקל, חני, פרגו , שרנצקי .

P.S. אם לקחת את כל הילדים, אשר בכפיה מרפאים מ"היפראקטיביות" בעזרת ונטולין בניגוד לרצון ההורים, אז מדובר כבר לא על עשרות אלפים ילדים מושמדים, אלא על מאות אלפים. אך לכל הפסיכיאטרים יש עבודה והם בעיסוק.

P.P.S. עוד משהו להוכחה, שמסקנה רפואית של פסיכיאטרים הגש ומוסטובוי היא מזויפת (מ- 12.02.06) ונכתבת אחרי 27.02.06 לפי הוראות של פק"ס שיטרית (תסתכל מכתבי למשטרה מ- 12.03.06). עוד ב- 16.02.06 היו ביני לבין ד"ר מוסטובוי יחסים כל כך ידידותיים ומביעים אמון, שהיא סיפרה כמו לבן אדם קרוב אליה ומבין (בשיחה טלפונית) את האמת הזאת הפשוטה: "היא (פק"ס) יכולה לתת הוראות אפילו לרופא ראשי". ואני, כפוי טובה, במקום להשתתף בצערהם (גורל מריר), התחלתי להתמרמר (להתקומם). מכתב (מסקנה רפואית מזויפת שעליה מדובר למעלה) הוא בתאריך 12.02.06, באשר "ד"ר" מוסטובוי ו"ד"ר" הגש מאשימים אותי בכל הצרות של הילד. יוצא כך, שלפי גרסה של פסיכיאטרים - בן אדם נורמלי זה הוא, אשר מקבל את המציאות כך, כמו שהיא, ישר בלי תלות של כל דבר.
ובכן, משמידים בישראל עשרות אלפי ילדים באופן הכי מתוחכם ואכזרי באמתלת עזרה לילדים: הלא כך פה מקובל, מנהג שלהם כזה. בן אדם נורמלי יכול אפילו להשתתף ישיר בהשמדה הזאת.

6. To pass destroying children’s souls off as a help for them is the cruelest crime the mankind has ever invented. To destroy children’s souls is immeasurably crueler than to kill them literally!
7. The Israeli psychiatry is criminal from top to bottom!
8. The Israeli psychiatry is criminal not because of the physiatrists who emigrated from the former Soviet Union, just the other way round: all the Israeli psychiatrists are entirely criminal without any exceptions! There in the USSR they used to obey the State Security Committee (KGB), here they obey PKIDOT SAAD (Child Protection officers).
9. In Israel thousands of children have been destroyed by the hands of PKIDOT SAAD (who lead this orchestra of death), by psychiatrists, judges, social workers, school directors, police (that cover all these crimes up).
10. The powers of PKIDOT SAAD are immeasurably greater than those of KGB in the USSR! In fact, these are PKIDOT SAAD who have psychiatric examination and treatment under control, getting into the details up to forcing psychiatrists to write false medical reports and to throw away original ones.

32. Freud states that psychiatry relates to psychoanalyses just as anatomy relates to histology (it is possible to add that just as it relates to any other medical discipline).
In other words, Freud’s theory suggests that psychiatry has a right to exist only as a separate science that can serve other mental diseases. But the thing is that anatomy accepts its secondary position towards histology and other medical disciplines and does not claim to have a right of treating patients, being based only on the knowledge of anatomy. In contrast to that, psychiatry does claim this right. Until now psychiatry and psychotherapy have been independent disciplines that have no connection between them.
Surprisingly enough, it is psychiatry that is in favor in Israel. A child is first of all turned to psychiatrists. Psychiatry is considered to be the stronger science and a psychiatrist is supposed to have an idea of psychology.
In fact, no matter whether it is psychology or psychiatry, if they depend on somebody’s orders to a slightest degree even, this is the way to destroy people!
33. The whole world was silently observing Hitler exterminating the European Jews. Now the world is similarly observing the mass annihilating of children and elderly people in Israel, as well as annihilating people in Russia that is passed off as a help for them.
If the world remains deaf to the crimes of the punitive psychiatry in Israel and in Russia, it will eventually expand its crimes to the whole world.
34. The fact that no journalist has agreed to deal with this subject (mass annihilating of children in Israel via the punitive psychiatry) proves an old truth that journalism is the second oldest profession (I have not found any journalist during the whole year). They run away right after they hear the word “PKIDAT SAAD”: that means that the fear is stronger that the one of KGB in the USSR. At the same time the majority of people have no idea that such a misfortune as PKIDOT SAAD even exists, as they commit all their crimes by the hands of others.

Surprisingly enough, but the matter (the legal part of it) was explained to me by a psychiatrist in the USSR before I was imprisoned for my fight against the punitive psychiatry (the imprisonment lasted from March 1, 1983 till May 29, 1986). He told me the following: “The matter is not whether a person is a madman or not, but that is the discrepancy between the degree of preventive punishment and the degree of social danger that matters. Even the conclusion of the Western psychiatrists that a person is adequate does not give anything, because he could have been normal and got out of his mind all of a sudden.” This means that even if a person is a madman, nobody has a right to force him to undergo a psychiatric examination and especially a compulsory treatment. If a person has committed a crime and he prefers a criminal sentence, he must get it (in spite of the fact that someone (even a psychiatrist) considers him to be a madman). And only in case he asks for a psychological help himself, he must be provided with it. In addition, he has a right to reject this help at any moment. And this must not influence the term of his imprisonment for the crimes he has committed.
Here is the full list of the people who are accused of the crime against humanity:
1. PKIDAT SAAD Shitrit (Nes-Ziona), who leads this orchestra of death, she involved all the others in these crimes, so that the rest of this list performed the roles of puppets who obeyed her will completely.
2. Psychiatrists: Hegesh, Mostovoy (Nes-Ziona).
3. Judges: Sharatsky (Rehovot), Hani, Farago, Hava Dekel (Rishon-le-Zion).
4. Social workers: Grupy, Hamer, Kaneman (Nes-Ziona).
5. School director: Klein (Nes-Ziona).
6. Police officers, who cover all these crimes up: Eliav, Goldstein, Kaz-Amrani (Rishon-le-Zion).
We organized a protest demonstration in the Rose Garden in front of the Knesset that started on December 18, 2006 and will continue until criminals against humanity are imprisoned.

Extract from the open letter to the Israeli Government
Legal Advisor Menny Mazuz
(No newspaper agreed to publish this letter either in Russian or in English)

I declare that thousands of children are being destroyed in Israel, the Jewish children in the Jewish State and this is passed off as a help for them.
Killing in such a skillful and cruel way might have caused the Nazis to be bursting with envy that they were not the first ones to create such a way of killing the Jewish children. If the anti-Semites had learnt what is going on here, their satisfaction would have no limits.
Sure, I understand that the first reaction to my words would be that I am a madman. When in Israeli jail (I was sentenced because I had gone to check my child’s mood) I shared this idea with a very clever prisoner, I added: “Sure, I understand that the first reaction to my words would be that I am a madman.” He replied: “I don’t only think you are a madman, but I have no doubt in that”. But after I had explained the matter to him, he changed his mind.
And the matter is very simple: if someone (no matter who) has a right to give orders to psychiatrists and even to the chief physician (psychiatrist Mostovoy avowed that without any shade of shame when we were talking by phone: “She can give orders even to the chief physician”), then it inevitably leads to destroying people.
If a bureaucrat who deals with children is enabled to give orders, then it is even more horrible.
In Israel a duty to give orders is up to a PKIDAT SAAD (Child Protection officer). This is a woman in the Municipality who is responsible for working with teenagers at risk. However, her responsibilities are much wider than those of KGB in the USSR. They are enlisted below:
1. “A PKIDAT SAAD (PS) has a right to give orders even to the chief physician”, that’s what I was told during my phone talk with psychiatrist “Dr.” Mostovoy and she said that sincerely without any shade of shame. And in these conditions “Dr.” Mostovoy and “Dr.” Hegesh (the chief physician) continue “working” and earning money, as if it should be in this way. The question arises whether they are in clear mind or they need a psychiatric examination themselves?
2. A PS has a right to force psychiatrists to create false medical reports and to throw away original ones. This fact can be proved by my case (all the evidence can be found in my letter to the police from March 12, 2006, in which I request to open a criminal case against PKIDAT SAAD Shitrit and “doctors” Hegesh and Mostovoy).
3. A PS has a right to give orders to nurses in mental hospitals without asking doctors. This statement can be proved very easily. I got acquainted with a psychiatrist from such a mental hospital by chance and he told me an amazing thing: “In Israel nurses have a right not to take orders from doctors, they can make an examination and treat patients in the way they consider it right. (“They have their own trade union”, that’s what he said), but according to the logic of a PS if “she can give orders even to the chief physician”, then nurses must obey for sure.
In the light of this fact now I understand that nurse Hana made my child’s examination exactly in this way two years ago. For three months a doctor did not examine the child at all. But this is only my supposition, as there is no certain evidence of that.
4. A PS has a right to decide which parent to permit to take part in the examination and which parent to remove (apparently, in order to get rid of one more eye-witness of the crime), she also decides which parent has a right to speak to a doctor and which one has not. This can be proved by my case: in that case the PS simply incites the criminals to commit a crime.
5. A PS has a right to instruct psychiatrists concerning the day that should be appointed for an examination and to tell them when the time for it has not come yet, that means that she waits for the moment when a child has “ripened” for a psychiatric examination. This fact also arises from my case.
6. A PS has a right to prescribe psychiatric examination or treatment while it is absolutely evident that the problem is psychological. This was admitted by two psychiatrists after the first two examinations of the child (on February 5, 2006 by Dr. Flor and on February 7, 2006 by Dr. Mostovoy, whose medical report was thrown away and was changed with the false one).
7. A PS has a right to prolong a psychiatric examination for half a year more at the moment when even psychological problems of a child have disappeared. On March 6, 2006 and on May 14, 2006 the child did not experience any problems at all, he was in a good mood, just what the energetic vampires, who were incited by the PS to commit a crime, were afraid of. But according to her estimation the child had already “ripened” for a psychiatric examination. She had not even supposed that I would get her criminal tactics and would find an antidote for it: I started to put my insulting letters, addressed to her, to the judge, to the psychiatrists, social workers, etc. into the mail box of the energetic vampires (my ex-wife and her boy-friend). In other words, I had to insult them in order to save my child.
8. A PS has a right to give instructions to social workers concerning which parent should be supported and vice versa, which parent should be humiliated.
9. A PS has a right to force social workers and kindergarten teachers to write false descriptions of a child’s condition for her to have an opportunity to prolong the child’s psychiatric examination and treatment.
10. A PS has a right to tell lies with all her words in court and to remain unpunished at the same time. And the “judge” shuts the defendant up and passes the verdict that has been dictated to him by the PS in advance.
To collect all the enlisted rights of a PS together, such a horrible picture comes to an eye that Orwell’s “1984” is left far behind this. If these are not her rights, but her crimes, then why none of them have ever been imprisoned since the State of Israel was established?
In the USSR grown-ups were destroyed with the help of psychiatry for their views. If comprehending the situation, people disclaimed their ideas, they were left alone. Here these are children who are being destroyed without any chance to survive. They know that they should trust grown-ups and that good men and women really treat them, while they are simply destroying them.
If Israel is a democratic country, then principle of equality must be in force here, isn’t it right? What is equality? It is when all the citizens are equal before the law regardless of their property and social status.
I committed a terrible crime: I went to check my child’s mood (I did not even have time to look at him), as I was immediately put under arrest.
PS Shitrit lies with all her words in court, forces psychiatrists to write false medical reports and to throw away original ones, orders to psychiatrists when the time to examine a child has come and when it has not (in other words, when a child has not “ripened” for a psychiatric treatment), writes false letters herself, “is able to give orders even to the chief physician” (as it was said by psychiatrist Mostovoy), is able to give instructions to nurses during doctor’s round, is able to order a judge to forbid father’s visiting his child. All these violations are certainly so slight that she has a right to enjoy freedom in complete accordance with the principle of equality.
The judge Sharatsky shuts a defendant up and reaches the decision prepared in advance in spite of the fact that he is familiar with all the materials of the case that prove a terrible criminal offence directly. This behavior can be easily called a criminal offence and even a crime against humanity. Therefore he becomes a real accessory of the crime. All these violations are so slight that it is certainly fair that he has a right to enjoy freedom in complete accordance with the principle of equality.
Psychiatrists treat children according to the instructions of bureaucrats, write false medical reports and throw away original ones by the first order of these bureaucrats, take the fact that nurses follow the direct intrusions of these bureaucrats easily. All these violations are so slight that it is certainly fair that they have a right to enjoy freedom in complete accordance with the principle of equality.
Police officers Goldstein, Eliav, Kaz-Amrani realize that a criminal offence and a crime against humanity are being committed (I gave them all the evidence of that) and they cover this crime up. This violation is so slight that it is certainly fair that they enjoy freedom.
All the supreme state institutions support this crime:
Raviter – the department that handles the complaints about judges.
Yachel – the head of the social service in Nes-Ziona.
Naomi Livni – the Ministry of Health.
Arie Bauer – the Ministry of Health.
Osnat Lior – the secretary of the chief police inspector.
I have not received any reply from the Government Legal Advisor. (All the letters and appeals were sent to him via the head of Rishon-le-Zion investigation police department, Goldstein; at least he promised to forward them to the advisor and to help in receiving the reply as soon as possible). The first appeal to Menny Mazuz was sent on February 9, 2006.
To crown it all, Liraz Josef , a representative of the president of the country, advised me to deal with the “people” who I accuse of the crime against humanity.
So I have come full circle, as I do not know any higher institution in Israel.
It seems that in Israel a PS is something sacred, even more sacred than the Almighty. A PS decides who must live and who must die. She gives orders to psychiatrists, judges, social workers, kindergarten teachers, school directors. And all the state institutions support that to a full extend. A PS is not supposed to make any mistakes. It is even more terrible to admit that she is able to commit a crime! Of course, it is absolutely impossible. Crimes are committed only by people with low salaries, like me, so that it is possible to arrest them even for a wish to look at their own child.
Since September 2005 all my salary has been spent on the struggle for my child’s life. The longer this struggle is, the more money it requires from me.
I claim that what is going on in Israel is immeasurably more horrible than gas chambers (the latter is a comparably easy death), as a sophisticated and cruel destroying children is passed off as a help to them and as the country destroys its own children gradually (the Nazis destroyed a nation that was not related to them, their minds were set to think that Jews are not people).
In general, the whole State of Israel incites the offenders for a crime. There is not a single state institution that has provided me with any support in my struggle. It seems that the whole state with all its power invests all its effort in destroying just one little child.

I guess that a kind of misunderstanding might have been caused by my letter to “Dr.” Hegesh from February 19, 2006 in which I ask her to invite my child for an examination. (“Dr.” Mostovoy told me by phone that I have to ask a PS for that: to take a child to the admission room; this talk took place in the middle of 2006). And in my letter to the police from March 12, 2006 I ask to open a criminal case against the PS, the psychiatrists and the social workers. The thing is that all the scandal that began in December 2005 (when I came to police officer Eyal Eliav) can be divided into two parts by the date of March 6, 2006.
On that day PS Shitrit appointed a hearing in court of Rehovot (having informed me about that in the morning of that very day), before the hearing she gave me all the lies about me in written form, the false letter from Hegesh and Mostovoy was attached as well (I have no doubt that she dictated this letter to them herself).
After March 6 I totally changed my mind concerning the Israeli psychiatry and concerning the State of Israel as well.
If before that I had cherished an illusion that still those were doctors, after that day I became fully convinced that all the Israeli psychiatry is criminal.
Now I think that my child and me were lucky that he had not been called for that examination despite my request. If I had known then what I know about the Israeli psychiatry now (after March 6), I would have never asked them to examine my child. Fortunately, PS Shitrit might have supposed that the child has not “ripened” for a psychiatric treatment, but when she came to the conclusion that he has “ripened” (she was sure that her policy would make his condition become worse and worse), the child’s emotional condition was just fine. Luckily, she made a mistake in her estimations.

To my great regret, the criminal decision of judge Sharatsky that prohibits my seeing with the child is still valid. I have not seen him for about a year since May 10, 2006. I do not agree to see my child at the presence of a social worker once a week, as I am not a criminal and I do not want him to think that his father is a criminal. The criminals are exactly the ones who imprisoned me!
When I was speaking to “Dr.” Mostovoy in the corridor a few days after my child had been examined by her (on February 7, 2006), I asked her: “I guess he has no psychological problems, what do you think?” She answered me with a smile on her lips: “Not yet”. Only now I start to realize the whole horror of these two simple words, that is after I had an opportunity to understand what a person is “Dr.” Mostovoy: that meant that she was absolutely sure that these problems will appear and she will not be left without work.
A fundamental question is: “Dr.” Mostovoy, who avows: “She (PS) can give orders even to the chief physician” and writes a false medical report that is dictated to her by that very PS; “Dr.” Hegesh, who also writes false reports and false letters; the psychiatrist who says without any shade of shame: “Nurses in Israeli mental hospitals have a right not to take orders from doctors”, - are they in clear mind or they need a psychiatric treatment themselves?! And in these conditions they continue “working” and destroying children. From my point of view, a life-long imprisonment for the crime against humanity is preferable for them.
I ask you to support my suit against Shitrit, Sharatsky, Hegesh, Mostovoy, Grupy, Hamer, Goldstein, Eliav, Kaz-Amrani. I ask to support my claim to sentence them to a life-long imprisonment.

P.S. To count together all the children who undergo compulsory treatment from hyperactivity with ritalin against their parents’ wish, then we can talk not about thousands of children who are being destroyed, but about hundreds of thousands. But at the same time all the psychiatrists are employed and have a lot to do.
An active child is the most wonderful creature in the world. If he prevents an ungifted teacher from conducting a lesson with a help of an ungifted text-book and ungifted techniques, it is not the child who is to blame, but the ungifted system of the Israeli education, which turns the wisest nation into idiots.

P.P.S. To prove the fact that the medical report of psychiatrists Hegesh and Mosotvoy from February 12, 2006 is false and was written after February 27, 2006 by the instructions of PS Shitrit, I supply the evidence in an extract from my letter to the police from March 12, 2006 that is given below.
On February 16, 2006 I was still on friendly and trusting terms with “Dr.” Mostovoy, so that she shared (by phone) this simple truth with me like with a close and understanding person: “She (PS) can give orders even to the chief physician”. And I behaved ungratefully, as I reacted in indignation instead of expressing compassion on the “doctors’” bitter fate. (The letter (the medical report) that was mentioned above is from February 12, 2006 and there “Dr.” Hegesh and “Dr.” Mostovoy blamed me for all the disasters.)
The conclusion may be that, in psychiatrists’ point of view, a normal person is the one who takes the reality the way it is, not depending from anything.
True, thousands of children are being destroyed in Israel in a most sophisticated and cruel way that is passed off as a help for children; so what? That is the way it is done here, that is a kind of a custom. A normal person can even take part in this destroying just not to be fired because of such a trifle.
True, a PS does give orders even to the chief physician; so what? That is the way it is customary here.
True, nurses do have a right not to fulfill psychiatrists’ directions, but to follow the instructions of a PS; so what? That is the way it is customary here.
True, that is a must for psychiatrists to write false reports dictated by PS and to throw away original ones; so what? That is the way it is customary here.
But the one who is not satisfied with that, the one who complains and rebels, he is certainly a madman.

P.P.P.S. (April 5, 2006) I have to make a few additions to the list of the people who I accuse of the crime against humanity. These are the people who PS Shitrit involved in her crimes together with the others:

Судебные тяжбы превратились в национальный спорт! В относительном исчислении количество адвокатов в Израиле в 693 (!!!) раза больше, чем в Германии! Это совершенно ясно показывает, что страна идет к гибели!

26. 99,999% проблем у детей – это проблемы психологические, а не психиатрические (если вообще есть проблемы). Игнорирование и нерешение вовремя психологических проблем (при условии, что никто не дает указаний психологу или психоаналитику), то есть невыяснение и невыявление психотравмирующих факторов (воздействие должно производиться, в основном, на эти факторы, а не на ребенка), а направление ребенка к психиатрам, принуждение его глотать психотропные таблетки ведет только к углублению этих проблем и, в конечном счете, действительно может привести к психиатрическим проблемам, то есть к окончательному уничтожению ребенка.
27. Пкидот саад, уничтожая израильских детей, активно помогают террористам и неизмеримо больше преуспели в этом занятии, чем палестинские шахиды!
28. Пока преступники против человечества не сидят в тюрьме, массовое уничтожение детей в Израиле будет продолжаться!

31. Перефразировав Линкольна, можно сказать: «Над одним человеком можно издеваться всю жизнь; некоторое время можно издеваться над всеми, но нельзя всю жизнь издеваться над всеми!» В Израиле это издевательство над людьми продолжается уже шестьдесят лет!
32. Фрейд пишет, что психиатрия относится к психоанализу, как анатомия относится к гистологии (можно добавить: так же, как и к другим медицинским дисциплинам).
То есть, по версии Фрейда, получается, что она имеет право на существование как независимая врачебная дисциплина, обслуживающая душевные болезни. Но дело в том, что анатомия признает свое служебное положение по отношению к гистологии и другим врачебным дисциплинам и не претендует на право лечить больных, опираясь только на знание анатомии. А психиатрия как раз претендует на такое право. И до сегодняшнего дня психиатрия и психотерапия идут как параллельные и не соприкасающиеся дисциплины.
В Израиле, как это ни странно, предпочтение отдается психиатрии. Ребенка в первую очередь всегда посылают к психиатрам. Считается, что психиатрия – это более сильная наука и психиатр уж наверняка разбирается в психологии.
А на самом деле не важно, будь то психология или психиатрия: если они хоть в малейшей степени зависят от чьих-то указаний – это путь к уничтожению людей!

Мы вышли с демонстрацией протеста в «Сад роз» напротив кнессета (с 18 декабря 2006 года), пока преступники против человечества не сядут в тюрьму!

СКОПИРУЙТЕ ЭТИ ЛИСТКИ И РАСПРОСТРАНИТЕ ИХ!

Я утверждаю, что в Израиле уничтожают десятки тысяч детей, еврейских детей в еврейском государстве – под видом помощи детям.
Уничтожение таким изощренным и жестоким способом, что фашистские преступники наверняка переворачиваются в гробу от зависти: что не они первые додумались до такого способа уничтожения еврейских детей. Если бы антисемиты всего мира узнали о том, что здесь происходит, их радости не было бы предела.
Я, конечно, отлично понимаю, что первая реакция на это мое утверждение – это то, что я псих.
Когда, сидя в израильской тюрьме (а сидел я за то, что пошел посмотреть, какое настроение у моего ребенка), я высказал эту мысль одному очень умному заключенному, то присовокупил: «Я, конечно, понимаю, что первая твоя мысль, - это, что я псих». Он ответил: «Я не только так думаю, я ни капли не сомневаюсь, что ты псих». Правда, когда я ему объяснил, в чем дело, он изменил свое мнение.
А суть дела очень проста: если кто-то (не важно, кто) имеет право давать указания психиатрам и даже главному врачу (об этом открыто и ни капли не стесняясь сказала мне в телефонной беседе психиатр Мостовой: «Она может давать указания даже главному врачу»), то это неминуемо влечет за собой уничтожение людей.
Если полномочие давать указания принадлежит бюрократу, который занимается детьми, то это особенно страшно.
В Израиле такая власть принадлежит пкидат саад («бюрократка в помощь»). Это такая сотрудница мэрии, в обязанность которой входит работа с трудными подростками. Причем ее полномочия намного шире, чем были полномочия у КГБ в СССР. Перечислю их:
1. «У нее есть право давать указания даже главному врачу», - так сказала мне в телефонной беседе психиатр, «доктор» Мостовой, открыто и ни капли не стесняясь. И при этом условии «доктор» Мостовой и «доктор» Хэгеш (главный врач) продолжают «работать» и получать зарплату, как будто так и должно быть. Спрашивается: они нормальные, или им требуется психиатрическое обследование?
2. У нее есть право принуждать психиатров писать подложные медицинские заключения, а первоначальные заключения выбрасывать в мусорную корзину. Это вытекает из моего дела (все доказательства этого в моем письме в полицию от 12.03.06, в котором я прошу открыть уголовное дело против пкидат саад Шитрит, «докторов» Хэгеш и Мостовой).
3. У нее есть право давать указания медсестрам в психбольнице, не спрашивая врачей. Доказательство этому моему утверждению очень простое. Случайно я познакомился с одним психиатром, который раньше работал в этой психбольнице, и он рассказал мне удивительную вещь: «В Израиле в психбольницах у медсестер есть право не слушать указаний врачей, проводить обследование и лечить, как они считают правильным («У них есть свой профсоюз», - так он сказал), но, согласно логике, пкидот саад (ПС) они обязаны слушаться, если «она может давать указания даже главному врачу».
В свете этого факта я сейчас догадываюсь, почему медсестра Хана именно так проводила обследование ребенка два с половиной года тому назад. В течение трех месяцев обследования врач не смотрел ребенка вообще. Но это моя догадка; к сожалению, ясных доказательств этого у меня нет.
4. Она имеет право решать, кому из родителей разрешить участвовать в обследовании, а кого надо устранить от обследования (очевидно, для того, чтобы не было свидетеля преступления), с кем из родителей у врачей есть право разговаривать, а с кем нет такого права. Это вытекает из моего дела: в моем случае она просто подстрекает преступников к преступлению.
5. У нее есть право указывать психиатрам: когда можно назначать день проверки ребенка, а когда время еще не пришло, то есть она ждет, когда ребенок «созреет» для психиатрического лечения. Это вытекает из моего дела.
6. У нее есть право назначать психиатрическое обследование и психиатрическое лечение, когда совершенно ясно, что речь идет о психологических проблемах. И это признали психиатры в двух первых проверках ребенка (5.02.06 – д-р Флор, 7.02.06 – «д-р» Мостовой, чье медицинское заключение выбросили и заменили подложным).
7. У нее есть право продлевать психиатрическое обследование еще на полгода, в то время когда у ребенка исчезли даже психологические проблемы. 6.03.06 и 14.05.06 у ребенка не было вообще никаких проблем и его настроение было просто отличным, так как энергетические вампиры, которых ПС подстрекала к преступлению, боялись. А согласно ее расчетам, ребенок уже созрел для психиатрического лечения. Она не предполагала, что я пойму ее преступную тактику и найду против нее противоядие: я начал все свои оскорбительные письма к ней, к судье, к психиатрам, социальным работницам и т.д. класть в почтовый ящик энергетических вампиров (жена и ее друг). То есть, я был вынужден их оскорблять, чтобы спасти своего ребенка.
8. У нее есть право давать указания социальным работникам, кого из родителей следует поддержать, а на кого, наоборот, надо давить.
9. У нее есть право принуждать социальных работниц и воспитательниц писать неправду о душевном состоянии ребенка, чтобы у нее была возможность продлить психиатрическое обследование и лечение ребенка.
10. У нее есть право лгать в каждом своем слове на суде и при этом оставаться безнаказанной. А «судья» затыкает рот ответчику и принимает решение, заранее продиктованное ему ПС.
Если собрать все эти права пкидат саад вместе, то вырисовывается настолько жуткая картина, что «84-й год» Оруэлла еще до этой жути не дотягивает. Если же это не ее права, а ее преступления, то, спрашивается, почему до сих пор ни одна из них не сидит в тюрьме?!

В СССР уничтожению с помощью психиатрии подлежали взрослые люди за их взгляды. И если взрослый человек, понимая, что происходит, отказывался от своих убеждений, то его оставляли в покое. Здесь же уничтожению подлежат дети, и при этом у них нет шансов на спасение. Они знают, что взрослым надо доверять и думают, что хорошие дяди и тети их лечат, в то время как их уничтожают.
Израиль – демократическая страна? Значит, здесь действует принцип равноправия? Что такое равноправие? Это когда все граждане равны перед законом независимо от их имущественного или социального положения.
Я совершил страшное преступление: пошел посмотреть, какое настроение у моего ребенка (увидеть его я не успел), и меня тут же арестовали.
То, что пкидат саад Шитрит лжет на суде каждым словом, принуждает психиатров писать фальшивые медицинские заключения и выбрасывать первоначальные, указывает психиатрам – когда у же можно вызвать ребенка на проверку, а когда время еще не пришло ( то есть, ребенок еще не созрел для психиатрического лечения), сама пишет фальшивые письма, «может давать указания даже главному врачу» (так сказала психиатр Мостовой), может давать указания медсестрам в обход врачей, дает указания судье запретить отцу видеться с ребенком, - все это нарушения настолько незначительные, что, конечно, очень справедливо, что она до сих пор гуляет на свободе в полном соответствии с принципом равноправия.
То, что «судья» Шарицкий полностью затыкает рот ответчику и принимает решение, заготовленное заранее, несмотря на то, что он знаком со всеми материалами дела, из которых прямо вытекает, что совершается страшное преступление – преступление уголовное, а также можно вполне квалифицировать его как преступление против человечества. Таким образом, он становится прямым соучастником этого преступления. Все это, конечно, нарушения столь незначительные, что вполне справедливо, что он гуляет на свободе в полном соответствии с принципом равноправия.
Психиатры лечат детей по указаниям бюрократа, по первому требованию этого бюрократа пишут фальшивые медицинские заключения и выбрасывают настоящие, спокойно относятся к тому, что медсестры получают указания непосредственно от этого бюрократа, - все это нарушения столь незначительные, что вполне справедливо, что они гуляют на свободе в полном соответствии с принципом равноправия.
Офицеры полиции Гольдштейн, Элиав и Кац-Амрами очень хорошо понимают, что совершается преступление против человечества и уголовное преступление (я дал им в руки все доказательства этого) и покрывают это преступление. Это нарушение столь незначительное, что вполне справедливо, что они гуляют на свободе.
Все высшие государственные структуры поддерживают это преступление.

От юридического советника правительства я не получил ни одного ответа (все письма и апелляции ему я направил через начальника отдела расследований полиции Ришон ле-Циона Гольдштейна; по крайней мере, он обещал передать их ему и, насколько возможно, ускорить получение ответа). Первую апелляцию Мени Мазузу я послал 9.02.06.
И, наконец, представитель Президента страны Лираз Йосеф посоветовала мне сотрудничать с «людьми», которых я обвиняю в преступлении против человечества.
Как говорится, круг замкнулся. Более высокой инстанции в Израиле я не знаю.
Создается впечатление, что ПС в Израиле – это что-то святое, более святое, чем Господь Бог. Она решает – кому жить, а кому умереть. Она дает указания психиатрам, судьям, социальным работницам, директорам школ, а они уже дают указания воспитателям и учителям. А полиция покрывает все эти преступления.
А все государственные структуры оказывают ей всемерную поддержку. Ошибаться она не может вообще. А уж о том, чтобы совершить преступление, - даже подумать страшно! Это, конечно, совершенно невозможно. Преступления совершают только люди с низкими зарплатами, как у меня – их можно посадить даже за то, что они хотят посмотреть на своего ребенка.
С сентября месяца 2005 года вся моя зарплата уходит на борьбу за жизнь моего ребенка. И чем дальше, тем больше денег требует от меня эта борьба.
Фактически, все Государство Израиль подстрекает преступников к преступлениям. Нет ни одной государственной структуры, которая поддержала бы меня в этой борьбе.
