CASE OF CHUGUNOV v. RUSSIA (Application no/ 34858/21)

The European Court of Numan Rights sitting on 16 September 2021 in a single-judge formation pursuant to Articles 24 & 2 and 27 of the Convention has examined the application as submitted.
The Coert finds in the light of all the material in its possession and in so far the matters complained of are within its competence that they do not disclose any appearanse of a violation of the rights and freedoms set out in the Convention or the Protocols thereto that the admissibility critera set out in Frtickes 34 and 35 the Convention have not been met.
The Court declares the applcation inadmissible.
